FORT BLISS - The White House is finalizing plans for President Obama's visit to El Paso.

Air Force One will arrive at Biggs Airfield on Fort Bliss at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

The president is due to leave Fort Bliss at approximately 12:15 p.m.

President Obama is making the trip to Fort Bliss to thank the troops for their service in Iraq.

He is due to deliver a national address from the oval office on the troop withdrawal from Iraq at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
