Police are investigating a pedestrian accident that tied up traffic in West El Paso this afternoon. It happened around 5:30 at I10 and Transmountain. A pedestrian was hit by bus while he was helping a stranded motorist with a flat tire. Emergency crews tell us the injuries are not life-threatening.
