"Pay what you want" cafe to open in El Paso

El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — A unique, new cafe will open its doors in El Paso on Wednesday. It's a "pay what you want" cafe.
The Mustard Seed Community Cafe will hold is grand opening at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11th. It's a unique concept modeled after 35 similar cafes elsehwere in the country.
The restaurant will only be open Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The meals are prepared by culinary expert Roman Wilcox, an El Paso native.
