We now know the name of the man who was killed last week when he was killed by a semi-tractor trailer in Central El Paso.
Police tell us he was 48 year-old Fredrick Stilson. As we reported a week ago, he was hit by the semi when he was crossing Montana street.
Police say he was panhandling. The driver of the semi is not facing any charges because he had the right of way.
