Panetta Cancels on El Paso

EL PASO - A family obligation has diverted CIA Director Leon Panetta from coming to El Paso today.
Rep. Silvestre Reyes confirmed Panetta's cancellation.
The CIA director had been scheduled to tour UTEP as part of a Reyes arrangement.
