Over-indulging in Bad Habits Linked to Shorter Life Span

Cambridge University researchers say each day of over-indulging in bad habits can take 30 minutes off your life.
Using data from population studies, they calculated a half hour of life can be lost from smoking two cigarettes, being 11 pounds overweight, having two to three drinks, watching two hours of TV or eating a burger.
However, they say each day of consuming one alcoholic drink, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and exercising can add two hours to your life.
