Outage Leaves Thousands Without Power in East El Paso

EL PASO - A power failure in east El Paso left thousands of customers without electricity this morning.
It happened around 10:30 in the Montwood area near Joe Battle.
Work crews restored power about an hour later.
El Paso Electric hasn't told us what caused the outage.
