Man arrested in connection with South El Paso shooting

El Paso, TX (KTSM) — UPDATE: El Paso Police Department's Gang Unit has arrested and charged 22-year-old Rodolfo Delgado in connection with the shooting in the 200 block of Val Verde St. in South El Paso early Monday morning.
Delgado was arrested Tuesday afternoon at his home in the 1600 block of Burt Green on El Paso's east side. Delgado was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on charges of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity - Aggravated Assault. His bond was set at $75,000.
Police have not released Delgado's mugshot at this time, and they say the incident is still under investigation.
El Paso Police are investigating a shooting in South Central El Paso that happened in the 200 block of Val Verde around 1 a.m. Monday.
Police say that three men, between the ages of 23-24 were at the home on Val Verde St. when another man drove by the home and discharged rounds from what is believed to be a shotgun, striking the three men.
A 24-year-old man was taken to University Medical Center with what is described as non-life threatening injuries. The two other men were treated at the scene.
Police said no arrests have been made, and they will continue to investigate the incident.
