EL PASO - One man was injured after a stabbing at a motel this afternoon.

Police said a man stabbed another man in a room at the Hawaiian Royal Motel in Northeast El Paso.

The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Cops said the suspect was the scene when they arrived, but no charges have been filed against him yet.

Meantime, police are trying to determine a motive for the stabbing.
