An El Paso police officer saved the life of a choking toddler over the weekend. Police say the officer was investigating a broken window call in the lower valley, when a woman flagged him down and said her nephew was chocking. The officer was able to perform the heimlich maneuver and a piece of candy that the 14-month old was chocking on popped out. The 14-month old is okay and did not have to be hospitalized.
