A golden voice is giving a homeless man a golden ticket.
Ted Williams realized a dream when he met Matt Lauer during an appearance on the Today Show.
Just days ago, Williams was panhandling on the streets of Columbus, OH.
A reporter from "The Columbus Dispatch" saw him on the side of the road holding a sign touting his "God given gift of voice." The reporter posted the video online.
Now, more than 7 million people have seen Williams online and countless more on television.
On the Today Show, Williams said he was overwhelmed at the job offers and undecided about which one to accept.
"And the fine people at Kraft Macaroni and Cheese have offered me a little deal to be the official voice of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Even the Cavs deal with a 2-year signed deal with a home.. and it's been so long .. Ann and Al.. since I've had an apartment .. let alone a home."
Williams says he became homeless when drugs and alcohol took over his life.
He says he has been clean for more than two years now.
