China's President is in the U.S. for a four-day visit.
He meets with President Obama top CEO's today before a state dinner tonight.
The U.S. is hoping this visit will strengthen relations between the two countries and open more Chinese markets to American business.
Today Chinese President Hu Jintao meets privately with President Obama.
Then he'll talk to America's top CEO's about making it easier to do business.
Chinese companies investing in the U.S. will also attend.
The issue is China's currency which is rising in value but not fast enough, the U.S. says.
Low currency makes Chinese goods super-cheap.
That hurts American businesses.
Human rights is also an issue:
Advocates are calling tonight's lavish state dinner inappropriate, given China's record on human rights.
President Obama's also expected to urge China to do more to discourage North Korea's provocative behavior.
