President Obama continues his push for health care reform today in a visit to Ohio...

"A lot of Americans may be wondering, ‘What's in this for me?’” President Obama said as, he tried to retake control of the health care debate.

He focused on what Americans have to gain and lose from reform.

What will they sacrifice, he was asked?

"They're gonna have to give up paying for things that don't make them healthier, and I, speaking as an American, I think that's the kind of change you want," President Obama said.

Critics spent the day raising questions on cost, and timing.

"Most Americans don't even like this health care bill. They don't want it. It's gonna raise taxes, so what's the rush?" said Representative Ted Poe from Texas.

The President said the rush is for relief. "I get letters every day from families that are being clobbered by healthcare costs."

To help them, the President said he'd back a House proposal to raise taxes on millionaires.

It'd be the first tax hike in 16 years.

"It's time for the President to scrap the plan that they've been working on in the House," said Rep. John Boehner, House Minority Leader.

But the President did not budge, insisting the cost not drive up the deficit.

"Health care reform is not going to add to the deficit, it's designed to lower it. That's part of the reason why it's so important to do, and do now," said President Obama.

He hinted a window of opportunity will close.

“The stars are aligned and we need to take advantage of that,” said Obama in another call to a divided congress.
