EL PASO - A border patrol agent who fatally shot a Mexican teen will not face charges.

Two years ago, a patrol agent shot and killed Sergio Guereca, 15, near the Rio Grande.

After interviewing more than 25 law enforcement agents and witnesses and reviewing 911 recordings, the U.S. Justice Department said there's not enough evidence to pursue federal charges against the agent.
