LAS CRUCES - New Mexico State University is scheduled to present the film "Presumed Guilty" to raise awareness for an El Pasoan who is currently in the Cereso Prison in Juarez and others like him.

Shohn Huckabee was allegedly carrying drugs in his truck in Juarez when Mexican military arrested him.

To this day, Huckabee denies the allegations and says his human and civil rights have been violated.

The movie is about a man who has wrongly been convicted by the Mexican judicial system, and the two attorneys who try to free him.

Gustavo de la Rosa Hickerson will also be speaking on human rights in Mexico.

The movie will be shown tonight from 7-9 p.m. In Hardman Hall, room 112.
