NM Gov. Susana Martinez to Attend Crime Victims Rights Week in Las Cruces
LAS CRUCES— New Mexico's governor will be in Las Cruces next week as she participates in the Crime Victims Rights Week Ceremony.
Gov. Susana Martinez will participate in the opening ceremony on April 9. The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. at Las Cruces City Hall, located at 700 N. Main St. The event is hosted by the Las Cruces Police Department's Victim Assistance Unit.
Martinez will read and sign the Crime Victims Rights Week proclamation.
Other speakers, including LCPD Chief Richard Williams, will also attend.
