New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez will take part in the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida next week.

Martinez has a coveted prime-time spot speaking immediately before keynote speaker Governor Chris Christie, of New Jersey on Tuesday night. Martinez is the first Hispanic female governor in the country.
