NORTH KOREA - New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has wrapped up his unofficial visit to North Korea today.

Richardson is a frequent unofficial envoy to North Korea and is a former ambassador to the United Nations.

He has been in Pyongyang for four days, during which he held meetings with top leaders in the foreign ministry and military.

Richardson said North Korea agreed to let U.N. inspectors visit its main nuclear complex to make sure it was not producing enriched uranium for nuclear weapons.

North Korea expelled U.N. inspectors last year and recently showed a visiting American scientist a new, highly advanced uranium enrichment facility that could give it a second way to make atomic bombs.

Shouldn't the governor of New Mexico be concentrating on the business of New Mexico?

He he was smart he would have bought a ton of those oversized hats the military wears and sold them on Ebay.
