TORNILLO - There is new information on the deadly crash that killed Tornillo's Junior High School Principal.
El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies say 38-year old Stephanie Segura was driving and talking on her cell phone when she was hit by a train.
The crash happened Thursday evening. Deputies say Segura was leaving a school function, and ignored the crossing guard arms that were down after she saw the train was stopped.
On the other side of that train was another set of tracks with a moving Amtrak train. It is that train that hit and killed her.
