NewsChannel 9 has obtained new information in the case against an accused child killer. One prosecutor says the district attorney will likely seek life in prison over the death penalty for Monea Boyd. She's charged with capital murder in the death of her 22-month-old son, Jayceon Tyson. This, he explains, because she has no criminal history.
Back in December, police found Tyson unconscious at a house on the 2400 block of Tierra Negra. He died the next day.
