El Paso's homegrown music festival Neon Desert kicks off Saturday for its first ever two-day weekend.

This year's headliners include rapper Wiz Khalifa, rap duo Method Man & Redman, Russian-German DJ Zedd, and pychadelic indie rockers MGMT.

Gates, located at Franklin and Oregon Streets, open at 3 p.m. Regular tickets are $90 and V.I.P. tickets are $250.

Baby Strollers
Pocket-sized cameras (no DSRLS)
1 Empty Nalgene or canteen for water
1 Foldable Lawn Chair


Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances (including narcotics)
Drug paraphernalia
Framed or large backpacks
Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
Glass containers
Food or beverages
Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
Bicycles inside Festival grounds (bike racks will be available near the box office)
Large chains or spiked jewelry
Large umbrellas
Hard-sided coolers
Pets (except service dogs)
Video equipment: No video recording will be allowed
Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
Any audio recording equipment
No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
No moshing, crowd surfing, and/or stage diving
Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, give-aways, etc.
Metal aerosol cans, including sunscreen in aerosol cans
