EL PASO — Another toddler nearly drowned Monday afternoon in Canutillo in the 7100 block of Sumter. 

According to Sheriff's Deputies, the baby fell in a pond.

Witnesses called 911, but the father managed to resuscitate the boy before emergency personnel arrived.  He was taken to the hospital.

This is the third time in a week that a baby has nearly drowned in El Paso county.
