Murder Suspect Sought in This Week's Manhunt Monday

EL PASO – A man suspected in the murder of a homeless woman last month is at the center of this week's El Paso County Sheriff's Office Manhunt Monday.

Deputies say 43-year-old Michael Elijah Adams was the last person to be seen with 51-year-old Venus Sloan Driscoll.

Driscoll's body was discovered on March 15th in a shallow grave in an empty lot off North Loop in the Lower Valley.

She died from blunt force trauma to the head.

Deputies say Adams, who is charged with Driscoll's murder, is now on the run may have left the El Paso area.
