The motorcyclist killed in an accident Sunday afternoon has been identified by police as 39-year old Lionel Calanche. Calanche died after being thrown from his motorcycle on Lee Trevino and Roy Pace Drive in east El Paso. Investigators say Calanche was speeding when he hit a car. No one in the car was hurt.
