EL PASO, TX — Around 9 a.m., an electrical fire started at an apartment complex on Pico Alto Street. Fifteen fire units and forty five firefighters were at the scene. The fire is under control and no injuries have been reported.

Four families were displaced and are being assisted by the Red Cross.
