U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seize nearly twenty pounds of cocaine this week. Officers say the seizure was made at the Paso Del Norte International crossing when Customs and Border Protection drug sniffing dog, "Ceasar," alerted officers to a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. Officers examined the suv and spotted cocaine bundles hidden in the SUV's doors. The driver, identified as Ruth Angelica Torres is currently being held without bond at the El Paso County Jail. Officers say, she was crossing with her two children during the incident.

Why has it been that in recent years no "Big Boss" of any mafia inside the U.S. been captured when drug use and shipments of drugs to the U.S. has been @ an all time high in recent years? It seem to me that this country is not willing to take responsibility first: for its own "addiction" to drugs, second: for the action of its citizens to keep receiving drugs for distribution and or own personal consumption/usage.
