FABENS, TX - One Fabens family says they're thankful they didn't lose their home to an electrical fire this morning.

The fire started in the walls of a bedroom when a neighbor alerted the resident who got out of the mobile home safely.

Fabens firefighters arrived in three minutes to contain the blaze. The family says they have no insurance, but they'll be staying with family until they can fix the bedroom and smoke damage.
