EL PASO - Police arrested a Mission Valley man who they say stole a stereo remote and a Texas Registration sticker from a vehicle.

Investigators say a police officer saw 40-year-old Eddy Ortiz break into the vehicle Thursday night the parking lot of a business at 7140 Alameda.

Officers recovered the stereo remote in his pants pocket along with the registration sticker.

Ortiz was booked into the El Paso County Jail on a bond of $3,000.00.
