After a week of going missing, a 14 year-old girl from North Texas winds up in Mexico with an alleged sex offender.

Ruby Contreras says she was lured away and taken across the border to Juarez against her will by 26 year-old Stephan Cox. Cox is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual contact with another minor from Pennsylvania.

Contreras' family reported her missing on April 24th, and police in their hometown of North Richland Hills, Texas suspected Contreras was with Cox. Police and the Contreras family don't know how she met him.

About a week later, police in Juarez, Mexico found Contreras early yesterday morning, arguing with Cox. He was arrested and is now facing various charges.

According to police, Contreras says Cox waited for her outside of her school and forced her to leave with him. She accuses him of beating and raping her.

Authorities say the two boarded a bus in Fort Worth, bound for El Paso, and ended up in Juarez.
