A stunning twenty-two veterans commit suicide every day. That statistic is something that a group called '22Kill" is trying to raise awareness about.

The Honor Courage Commitment,INC group has teamed with the Hersh Foundation to challenge people to do 22 push-ups and post to their Facebook wall. For every person who completes the challenge, the Hersh Foundation has pledged up to $100,000 to Honor Courage Commitment in order to combat veteran suicide rates. Each person who posts a video will add $100 toward the $100,000 goal.

All you have to do, is take a video of you, your friends or your co-workers doing 22-push ups and post it to the Honor Courage Commitment Facebook page with the following: #22KILL "to honor those who serve(d)."

The deadline for fundraising is Friday, April 4th at 12:00 p.m.

Here we are at NewsChannel 9 completing the challenge!
