MEXICO CITY - Mexican police say they have arrested one of the founders of the notorious Zetas drug cartel.

Flavio Mendez Santiago was arrested in a raid in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca.

Investigators believe he is one of the founders of the Zetas, one of the most violent drug cartels in Mexico.

He was on a list of the 37 most dangerous criminals in Mexico.

The only way we will ever completely stop drug dealers from existing is to legalize drugs.

Prohibition made drug dealers rich, put more dangerous drugs in our neighbourhoods, caused all the violence, and packed our prisons to near bursting levels.

But yet, we dont have any rehab centers?

End the Drug War so rehab centers can dispense safer, medically regulated doses of drugs to addicts. That will undermine dealers profits and destroy them.

Whats the point in 4 months there will be a jail break and this person will be free. Isn't that what happened already.

So this is nothing but smoke and mirrors.
