Mexican Soldiers Investigated

Mexican soldiers are suspected in at least eight executions in Juarez. State police say the murders of two people killed while soldiers were on patrol, are the latest deaths being investigated. Ever since soldiers arrived to help keep the peace in Juarez, they have been accused in more than 160 robberies and murders.
