Meeting on Mission Trail Business Incentives
San Elizario, TX (KTSM) — The County of El Paso’s Rural and Small Town Economic Development Team will be holding the third Sustainable City Centers Incentive program public informational meeting in San Elizario.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday, Nov 25, at 10am., at the A.Y.U.D.A. Community Center, 1325 Beverly Ann Dr.
The aim is to provide local business owners and those wishing to start a business with basic information concerning the county’s recently adopted business incentives program for the Mission Trail communities outside the City of El Paso.
Known as the Sustainable City Centers Incentives program, the county’s strategy aims to spur economic development along the Mission Trail by providing grants of up to $12,000 for façade improvements, as well as a variety of tax incentives and additional grants for activities relating to local sales and services among the qualifying small businesses.
The meeting will also serve to inform attendees regarding quality loan options and free business development services which are currently available to them.
Local business owners, prospective entrepreneurs and the general public are all encouraged to attend.
