Employee gets into struggle with robber

A man tried to rob a Northeast El Paso McDonald's at the corner of Dyer and Fred Wilson around 3 this morning. According to a witness, the suspect went up to the drive-through window with a gun. An employee opened the window and grabbed the man, then after a brief struggle the suspect fled with the employee chasing behind him. Police say the robber is between 30 and 40 years old with a medium build, mustache and was wearing dark clothing.
