Man Arrested For Involvement With Assault and Cocaine Delivery

EL PASO — Manhunt Monday Fugitive Michael Fernandez, 24, was arrested within hours of being profiled on Manhunt Monday. Police captured him without incident Monday afternoon on Dyer Street. 

Fernandez was accused of assaulting another person who stepped in to help during an argument.

According to police, he was involved in an argument with a woman and the victim tried to calm him down.  That is when Fernandez allegedly assaulted the that person.

Fernandez was also wanted on an unrelated drug charge for a cocaine delivery.
