Timothy Hardaway Jr., 28, is wanted on a parole violation for failing to register as a sex offender.

Hardaway, who is originally from Tennessee, was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child involving a 9-year-old boy, and indecency with a child involving sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, the crimes did not happen in El Paso.  They happened in Brown County, which is West-Central Texas.

The Sheriff's Office said Hardaway never returned to a Halfway House in Horizon City, and also failed to report to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Tracking Unit.
