Manhunt Monday: Suspect Allegedly Pocketed Insurance Payments

Authorities are looking for an alleged con-artist who is accused of selling fake insurance policies.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, Jorge Rios collected monthly payments for insurance polices for advance funeral arrangements, but allegedly only sent in the first payment, then pocketed the rest.

Investigators said Rios was recently employed by a Utah based life insurance company, and was selling the contracts to customers in East El Paso county.
