Manhunt Monday: Man Wanted for Cocaine Delivery Added to Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives

Ricco Leo Torres, 32, is wanted for delivery of cocaine.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, in January of  2011 Torres, along with Alfredo Acosta, delivered 145 pounds of cocaine to an address on Rojas Dr. in East El Paso.

Acosta surrendered to police, but Torres remains on the loose.

Torres was added to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and authorities are now offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to his arrest.

Torres' criminal history includes several drug and assault charges.
