Manhunt Monday: Man Accused of Family Violence Sought

Pedro Jose Estaco, 31, is accused of putting his foot on the throat of his common-law wife while threatening to kill her during an argument. Deputies tell us he did not show up for court on a family violence charge last April. Estaco has been on the run ever since.
