Manhunt Monday Arrest

A feature in the El Paso Sheriff's Office Manhunt Monday program has landed a local fugitive behind bars. An anonymous tip led deputies to Pedro Jose Estaco, 31, Wednesday. He is accused of putting his foot on the throat of his common-law wife while threatening to kill her during an argument. Deputies tell us Estaco's arrest marks the 31st Manhunt Monday capture in just over 13 months.
