El Paso Sheriff's deputies need the public's help finding a wanted man that left a halfway house. David Madrid-Garcia, 46, has been wanted since July. Deputies say he left a halfway house looking for employment and never came back. Madrid-Garcia was originally arrested for at least three drunk driving offenses. He has a history of drug use.
