Raul Lopez, 50, is wanted on charges of aggravated assault on a public servant and evading arrest. El Paso Sheriff deputies say Lopez assaulted a deputy who had stopped his truck while investigating a fuel theft last week. The deputy suffered several injuries to his head, face, neck, arms, back and legs. Investigators say Lopez has connections in Clint, Fabens, El Paso and Juárez.
