Man Seriously Injured In Westside Motorcycle Accident

One man is in the hospital right now after crashing his motorcycle in West El Paso.

It happened at the intersection of Redd and Windcrest just after midnight.

Investigators say the man was traveling east on Redd when he lost control, hit the median and landed in the westbound lanes.

We're told he was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious head injuries as a result.

Police tell us speed was a likely factor in the accident, but it's unknown whether alcohol played a role as well.
