The latest murder victim in Juarez was gunned down less than 50 feet away from the U.S. Consulate.
Police say the man was eating inside a Denny's restaurant Tuesday when a group of suspects went inside and opened fire in front of several customers.
The man who is believed to be in his 30s has not been identified.
An investigation into the execution is underway.
