Man Killed on I-10

EL PASO, TX - One man is dead after a car slammed into a car parked on the shoulder of I-10 early Saturday morning.

Police say a driver lost control heading East near Zaragoza when he hit the car that was parked on the shoulder. The driver of the parked car, 22-year-old Matthew Romero, and a woman were sent to the hospital with serious injuries. We're told 24-year old Joel Munoz, who was in the backseat of the parked car, died at the scene.

Police say alcohol and speed may be factors in the crash.

How does this story even make sense? What about the driver/passengers of the car that hit the parked car. According to this story everyone was in the parked car
