EL PASO — A man claiming to officers that he had his wallet stolen was found to be in possession of a stolen truck at Rosa's Cantina on Doniphan, according to a police report.
Upon arriving to the scene, an officer found that 36-year old Gabriel Serna had become aggressive and started to argue with customers at the bar as well as trying to physically fight them. The staff at the bar called police and escorted Serna out of the bar. Once outside, Serna went into a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban that he had been driving. The officer observed the truck and Serna exited the truck from the passenger side and told the officer that his wallet had been stolen, however the officer noted Serna’s wallet was in the backseat of the truck.
