EL PASO - An Anthony, TX man is charged with racing on a highway with speeds up to 99 miles per hour.

Police caught Richard McKay, 19, driving west on Lomaland early this morning.

When McKay pulled over, police say he told them today was the day he was going to stop racing on the freeway.

Ha! Hey Speed Racer, do you really call that racing? I call that cruising in the slow lane on a German Autobahn in my 93 Pontiac Grand Prix. Dude, do something about that uni-brow.
