EL PASO - An El Paso man is charged with the burglaries of two vehicles in the 3000 block of Nancy McDonald and 3100 block of Lonesome Dove.

Raul Trujillo, 20, is also charged with marijuana possession and spraying graffiti.

Neighbors took matters into their own hands and held Trujillo in the 11500 block of Pratt until police arrived last night.

Trujillo is being held on $20,000 bond.
