EL PASO - This morning, police found drugs instead of explosives during a bomb threat investigation at a local Walmart.

Officers said they went to question Juan Millan, 42, about the call, and saw him trying to hide a small bag of cocaine.

They arrested him for the drugs; investigators said he was the one who called in the bomb threat.

Police also arrested the two men Millan was with because they had outstanding traffic warrants.
