EL PASO — A man was arrested Wednesday on charges of possessing methamphetamine and illegally possessing a shot gun.

Manuel Moreno, 32, was part of an ongoing investigation when tactical officers arrested him on the charges.  

Further investigation revealed Moreno had outstanding warrants for tampering/fabricating evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and four outstanding Municipal Court Warrants.
